Dillon – Owner/Operator

My journey into environmental stewardship began at the age of 14, when I first discovered the world beneath the waves through scuba diving. What started as a fascination with the ocean quickly grew into a lifelong passion for the natural world. Driven by curiosity and a deep respect for marine ecosystems, I pursued and earned my Divemaster certification, spending countless hours exploring and learning from the underwater environment.

Over time, my environmental focus naturally expanded to include the land. While managing a vineyard, I became increasingly aware of the limitations and impacts of conventional land management practices, such as heavy chemical use and tilling. I was always searching for a better way one that aligned more closely with my values of sustainability and ecological balance.

That search led me to regenerative land management, and with it, a new chapter. I became captivated by the idea of working with nature rather than against it using animals as partners in restoring landscapes, improving soil health, and controlling invasive species. Let’s be honest, it also gave me the perfect excuse to start collecting a small herd of character filled animals.

Today, I bring together my environmental background, hands-on land care experience, and a love for all things weird and wonderful in nature to help others manage land more sustainably. Through Operation Regeneration, I’m proud to combine purpose, science, and a bit of fun to support the regeneration of landscapes and the restoration of natural ecosystems.
